Acceptance of Terms
By using Dental Care, you agree to comply with and be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
License and Access
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Dental Care for lawful purposes only. However, you may not:

Dental Care may collect and store user data to improve functionality. By using this software, you consent to such data collection and agree that your data will be handled responsibly.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to Dental Care, including design, code, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of Proficient Technology.
Limitation of Liability
Dental Care is provided "as is" without warranties. Proficient Technology is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this agreement, with or without notice.
Changes to Agreement
This Agreement may be updated periodically. Continued use of Dental Care after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts within India.
