Definitions
"Software"
Refers to the DentalPro practice management application and all its features.
"User"
Refers to the registered clinic, dentist, or authorized staff member using the platform.
Eligibility & Registration
Users must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Subscription & Payments

Access is granted based on active subscription plans (Monthly/Yearly).

Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay).

Subscription will automatically expire if payment is not received by the due date.
License to Use Software
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DentalPro for your professional practice. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software.
User Content & Data
You retain ownership of the patient data and clinic info you upload. However, you grant us permission to host, store, and backup this data to provide the services.
Limitation of Liability
Proficient Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including data loss or clinical errors.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to DentalPro for violations of these terms, non-payment, or illegal activities without prior notice.
