Payments for DentalPro subscriptions are non-refundable except for duplicate charges or proven technical faults.

3. Duplicate Payments

If charged more than once, email us with payment proof. Duplicate payments are refundable.

Required Information:
  • Transaction ID
  • Payment Receipt/Screenshot
  • Date and Amount

4. Cancellation

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Active Until End

Service remains active till the current billing cycle ends.

Note: No refund for unused time after cancellation.
